Established in 2022, Haven Hair Collective is based on a mutual agreement upon stylists – to work as a collective, fostering a community of like-minded individuals who want each other to succeed in our industry. We value comfort, community, building connections, and killing the hair game.

In order to serve you better, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with with our salon info and policies 💗
• we are a private salon studio in Fredericton NB. We are by appointment only. Appointments can be made by messaging, texting, or calling your stylist. We do not have a salon phone.
• parking is in back or the side of the building. If the lot is full, feel free to park on the side street! The entrance is in the front.
• as our waiting area is small, please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your appointment. If you do, feel free to hang out in our lounge and enjoy complimentary drinks and snacks.
• we ask that any child not receiving a service not accompany you to your appointments. We acknowledge that child care may not always be obtainable, however out of respect for your fellow guests we ask that they remain home for any appointments over 30 minutes.
• each stylist may have a different cancellation policy, however 48 hours is suggested for cancelling or moving your appointment.
• we do not offer refunds on services. If you are unhappy with your hair, please reach out to your stylist.
• we reserve the right to refuse any service. Absolutely no abusive or aggressive behaviour will be tolerated.
